David Marc Morgan, age 34 of Salisbury, passed away on Friday, February 26, 2021 at Atrium Health – Cabarrus after an extended period of declining health. Born August 24, 1986 in Forsyth County, David Marc was the son of James Alfred Morgan and Levonda Funderburk Morgan. He was a 2004 graduate of South Rowan High School and attended Friendship Baptist Church.
David Marc spent his career in the restaurant industry. He enjoyed reading, the outdoors and loved his family dearly, especially spending time with his nieces and nephews.
Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, James and Levonda; his sisters, Virginia Mae Jackson (Robert), Mary Ann Spolarich (Brooks) and Sarah Beth Morgan. He also leaves behind nieces and nephews, Will Jackson, Lily Jackson, Mason Spolarich and Kayden Spolarich along with his maternal grandmother, Verlene Funderburk.
Visitation for David Marc will be on Saturday, March 6, 2021 from 1:00 – 2:00pm at Friendship Baptist Church Funeral Service will follow at 2:00pm officiated by Pastor Jason Pierce.
