

She was born on March 20, 1956 in Chesterfield County S.C. and was the daughter of the late Leonard Rogers and Barbara Boone Williams.
She worked for many years in the healthcare industry, helping the many people that she attended to. In her spare time, she enjoyed the company of her dogs and watching hummingbirds in her yard. Going on cruises was one of her favorite things to do as well.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son Larry Moore and her sister Barbara Fury.
Those with cherished memories are her husband of over 26 years, James Douglas Ferguson, her son Randy Shane Moore, and daughter Amy Luther (Matt). Also surviving are her brothers Jackie Rogers (Debbie) and Rickie Rogers (Linda) and sister Melissa Laney (Brandon). Her grandchildren are Zachary Nantz (Courtney) Colson Luther, Haven Moore, Kirsten Moore (Casey) and Colby Moore and great grandchildren, Kaedyn Pressley, Nova Walker and Skylynn Walker.
Visitation for Mrs. Ferguson will be on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Linn Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove from 1:00 pm till 2:00 pm with funeral services to follow at 2:00 in the Northcrest Chapel of Linn Honeycutt Funeral Home with Pastor Randy Tucker and Pastor Joyce Miles, officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park.
The family would like to thank the staff of Atrium Health Cabarrus for their care for Mrs.Ferguson while she was in their care.
