Mr. John Robert May, 50 formerly of China Grove, passed away unexpedently on Monday December 19, 2011 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Born on December 11, 1961 in Concord, he was the son of the late Sam and Louise Pirie May. Educated in the Rowan County Schools, he was of the Baptist faith. Surving him is his son, Daniel R. May of Kannapolis, and a brother, David May (Anne) of Rockwell.
