Peggy Lou Allmon

Born on April 25, 1943, in Cabarrus County, she was the daughter of the late Johnny Thomas Morgan and Mary Louise Swinson Morgan.

In addition to her parents, Peggy was also preceded in death by two brothers, William Thomas Morgan, and Jimmy Ray Morgan, and two sisters, Linda Faye Bullaboy and Betty Sue Gibson.

She worked as an office supervisor at S.P. Richards Office Supply Company. Some of Peggy’s hobbies included reading her bible, watching game shows, especially The Price is Right, going to the movies, casinos and playing bingo.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Keith Morrison Brantley; grandchildren, Allison Brantley, Alisha Brantley, Justin Brantley and Brandon Brantley; one great-granddaughter, Alexis; brother, Johnny Thomas Morgan “Rod” and sister, Brenda Kay Hopkins.

The family will receive friends Saturday, December 27, 2025, from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home.

The funeral service will begin at 3:00 PM in the Northcrest Chapel of the funeral home.
