

Mr. Sammy Charles Bebber 80 of Salisbury, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2017 at CMC Northeast Medical Center. Born on August 28, 1937 in Alexander County, he was the son of the late Charles and Beatrice Watts Bebber. He served his country during the Korean War in the US Army. Mr. Bebber worked for over 40 years at Cannon Mills. His passions were working on antique cars, spending time with his family, and having fellowship with his friends at Jimmy's and Gary's BBQ.
Those left to cherish his memory are his sons Brad Bebber of Salisbury and Chad Bebber (Cathy) of Rockwell. Also surviving him are his brothers Jackie Bebber (Terrie) and Benny Bebber (Emo) as well as his sister Nedda Oliphant (John). He was also survived by his grandchildren, Bryson Bebber, Kadance Bebber, Brayleigh Bebber, Haven Bebber, Meadow Stewart and Johna Stewart.
Visitation will be on Thursday December 14, 2017, at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home in Landis from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday December 15, 2017, at 9:30 A.M. with burial to follow with military honors, at Salisbury National Cemetery at 11:00 A.M.
