Pastor David Lawrence King

Pastor David Lawrence King, age 77 passed away on Tuesday October 17, 2017, Chino Ca. Pastor David was born April 21, 1940 in Los Angeles, California. He is survived by his lovely bride and best friend Charleen King of 50 years. He was blessed and survived by seven beautiful children, eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Laying down his life for Jesus and not a day went by without worshiping Him. He loved the Word of God and lived by it daily. Sharing the love of Christ by reaching out to the community and meeting the needs. He was a selfless, gracious, full of wisdom, love, and a one-liner man, straightforward, honest slow to anger, generous and a genuine man; who sought laughter and joy. Pastor David would visit the hospital and pray with them everyday until they received their healing. Riches came from feeding the needy and sharing the love of Christ. Throughout the years many have been touched by Pastor David through his labor of love. He was a father to the fatherless. As a member of this community for 32 years, he will be greatly missed.

Pastors last words will impact his family forever. Give grace and mercy to others. Forgiveness is the best. May you rest in peace Pastor David; for we know that you are with the Father in Heaven. You fought the good fight and won the battle.
