Eugene Manuel Gutierrez

Eugene M. Gutierrez, 70 of Chino, passed away November 7, 2012 at home surrounded by family. He was born March 5, 1942 in the city of San Bernardino to Daisy and Jess Gutierrez. Eugene was a lifelong resident of Chino, attending Chino schools and Graduating from Chino High School. Eugene proudly served in the U.S. Army a 4 year term. Where he received training for his profession. He then attended Mt Sac for drafting. He then became a master bomb assembler for Aerojet for 30 years. Eugene is survived by Brother; Albert Gutierrez, Niece; Brenda Dunkelman, Nephew; Brian Gutierrez, grand-nephews; Dylan Dunkelman, Brandon Ford, Christopher Ford, Nate Toti, grand-nieces, Mikala Gutierrez, Tabitha Toti, Taylor Kataoka, Aunts; Esther Tapia, Isabel Yepez, Uncles; Andrew Tapia, and a number of well loved cousins and friends. A visitation will take place Monday, November 12, 2012 from 5:00 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary led by Deacon Pat Martinez at 7:00 p.m. A funeral mass will then take place at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Chino Hills Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow directly after mass at Holy Cross Cemetery in Pomona.
