Fernando is survived by his spouse, Myriam Tank; his daughter Myriam Gonzalez; his grandaughter Stephanie Salah.

Fernando was preceded in death by his father Campo Elias Ortiz and his mother Cecilia Hernandez.

Fernando leaves behind numerous family and friends to cherish his memory.
