Mr. Jacob Moreno Jr. is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Diane Moreno, his sons Jacob Moreno III and his wife Aileen, and Raymond Moreno and his wife Rebeca. He was a devoted grandfather to seven grandchildren: Zachary, Jasmine, Jasmina, Jacquelyn, Amaya, Rosela, and Roman, and a loving great-grandfather to Sophia, Sage, and Emilia. He was greatly loved and leaves a legacy of strength, compassion, and courage. Our Papa will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.
Mr. Moreno Jr. also leaves behind numerous family and friends to cherish his memory.
A Viewing and Rosary for Jacob will be held Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 5048 D St, Chino, CA 91710. Funeral Mass 10:00 AM followed by graveside service at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 444 E Lexington Ave, Pomona, CA 91766.
