Rancho Elementary School in Chino for 22 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Warren Norton. She is survived by her three children, Mary Garcia, Steven Arenas and Cynthia Castillo; five
grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four great- great-grandchildren; as well as one sister, and many nieces and nephews in England. A celebration of life for Joann will be held Thursday, January 4, 2024 from
5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Chino, 13002 S. Central Ave., in Chino. A private final resting place will occur Friday, January 5, 2024 at 10 a.m. at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, in Riverside.
