

Leticia Del Rosario Siazon (Keaton) was born in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte Philippines on September 12, 1933. Her father, Eulalio Fonacier Siazon was the first Mayor of Laoag City who served for over 20 years, and her mother Valeriana Del Rosario Siazon was a farm land owner. Leticia was the fourth child to be born out of 15 brothers and sisters. Her siblings listed in order are Victoria, Eulalio Jr, Felipe, Nestor, Trijida, Rosario, Julita, Roy, Egdonna, Mercy, Evelyn, Luningning, Mita Theresa and Al Antonio.
Leticia was married to Edward Oleros Keaton of Cavite City. They met in Vietnam and had five children named William, Mitzi, Allan, Edward Jr, and Robert. Leticia studied at University of San Francisco. The Keaton family lived in Brookside Hills Subdivision Cainta, Rizal Philippines until they migrated to the United States in the late 80’s.
As a young lady, Leticia had many special talents. She was a lifeguard, an expert gun shooter, and especially loved to garden. Their family home at Brookside was known for the beautiful blossoming flowers in her garden. She was an “icon” and a leader of the community as some Brookside residents would say. She loved orchids and her favorite colors where white and purple. Leticia also liked to dance and host parties. She listened to songs by Caterina Valente and her favorite song was titled “Malaguena.” Leticia Keaton was also a devout Catholic who religiously attended the Wednesday mass at the Baclaran Church. She also attended the local church on Sundays at Brookside Hills.
Leticia Keaton lived a good and long life without any major health afflictions. She lived to see her seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She peacefully departed this earth at the age of 86 on February 28, 2020 at 1722 hours at her home in Chino and has now joined our Lord God Creator. May the good Lord God through Jesus Christ our savior have mercy on her soul...
Rest in Peace our dearest Leticia Keaton… You were a good wife, mother, grandmother and sister to all your family….
