Richard and his wife of 43 years, Linda, have lived in Chino Hills for 32 years. Richard was the loving father of six children; Ricki (Bobby) Moody, Leticia (Robert) Staggs, Jenifer Zeigler, Lisa Ramirez, Charles Ramirez and Richard (Katie) Ramirez. His seven grandchildren were the love of his life. Richard was a standout baseball player before he began his military service with the United States Army. After serving in Vietnam, Richard returned home where he met Linda and began their life together. Richard was a cement mason, Local 52, for 25 years.
Richard enjoyed coaching baseball and football and spent time playing golf. Hunting and deep sea fishing was a passion in spite of the ocean currents.
Richard will be deeply missed by his family, who will enjoy sharing funny stories of Richard with each other and grandbaby on the way.
