Charles Raymond Bugg

Charles Raymond Bugg was born to Theola Stice and Sim Bugg on January 6, 1938 in Norman, Oklahoma and passed away at the age of 78, with his loving family by his side on July 31, 2016 in Chowchilla, California where he was a resident for 76 years.

Charles worked as a maintenance mechanic in the lumber industry for 50 years. He was truly resourceful and a great asset to the company. Charles was very innovative when co-workers couldn’t repair something Charles would find a way to fix it or invent a gadget to keep work moving.

Charles is preceded in death by his Wife, Virginia Bugg; and his parents, Sim Bugg and Theola Stice.

He is survived by his Sons, Leroy and Douglas Bugg; daughters, Sherry Timmons, Laura Fongemie, and Debbie Wood; 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held from 4:00p.m.-7:oop.m. on Friday, August 5, 2016 with the funeral service being held be at 10:00a.m. on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Palm Memorial Worden Chapel located at 140 South 6th Street, Chowchilla, California. Interment will immediately follow services at Winton Cemetery located at 7651 Almond Avenue, Winton, California.

Arrangements are under the direction of Palm Memorial Worden Chapel.
