Cynthia is survived by sons Douglas Ruth, Jeremy Ruth, brother George Croney, sisters Rhonda Galindo, Kimberly Matthews (Jimmy), Teri Stogsdill, Jenny Stogsdill, 2 grandchildren.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents George Croney and Wanda Fulfer, brothers Ricky Croney (Dawn Byrd), Michael Croney, Charles Croney, sisters Sandra Absher, and Lisa Croney.
