Roberto was born on May 18, 1964, and lived a life guided by faith, kindness, and generosity. He will be remembered for his integrity, compassion, and devotion to the values that shaped his life.
Roberto had a big heart and was always ready to help others
whether repairing cars or lending a hand with anything that needed fixing. A steadfast believer in God, he was known as a genuinely nice man, generous with both his time and his money, and always willing to listen when someone needed an understanding ear. His sense of humor and joyful spirit brought light to everyone around him. Roberto was also one of the children kidnapped during the 1976 Chowchilla school bus incident, a tragedy he faced and overcame with courage and faith.
Roberto is survived by his nine siblings and his mother, Socorro, who says she will always carry him in her mind and heart and will never forget him.
May he be free among all the angels of heaven, and by the grace of God, may she be reunited with him again one day.
