Larry W Wilkinson

He was born on February 22, 1964, a resident of Circleville, the son of Stanley Richard and Judy (Tilton) Wilkinson. He was preceded in death by his father; grandparents, William and Marguerite Wilkinson, Wilbert Virgil Tilton, and Flora Della; aunts, Mary (David) Osterander, and her son, Joseph Dawson; uncles, Charley, Tom and Rick Tilton, Barb Tilton; brother, Richard Wilkinson.

He is survived by his mother, Judy (Richard) Roberson; his significant other, who he called his better-half, Barb Snider; her daughters, Kristy and Marie, 6 grandchildren, Jahlil, DaVante, Kaeshon, Ellie, Remi, and Jaxon; great-grandchildren, Jace and Khylen; sisters, Cathy (Randy) Haddox Wilkinson and their son, William; Yvonne (Mike) Chelikowsky Wilkinson; Angelina Nutter Wilkinson and her children, Andrew, Madison and Melissa Nutter; nieces Beverly Seymour Wilkinson and her children, Devonte, Dontavis, and Deseree; and many cousins, including Patrick Dawson, Tommy, Brenda, and Debbie Tilton; aunts, Marie Fausnaugh Tilton, June Cassil, Jean (Don) Davis, Miriam Mumaw, Florence Ferguson; uncles, Butch Wilkinson and Dale (Peggy) Wilkinson.

Larry was a sweet and caring man who loved to fish. He was a graduate of Logan Elm High School and then served in the United States Marine Corps, including being stationed in Cuba. He then worked as a home care worker and worked in many different group homes for boys. He was a family man and an animal lover. Larry faithfully attended Circleville Community Mission, found joy in prayer, singing those old hymns, strength in preparing sermons, and the peace in the promises of eternal life. Larry was a loving son, brother, uncle, grandfather, cousin and friend.

Visitation will be held Monday, April 14, 2025 from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Defenbaugh Wise Schoedinger, 151 E. Main St, Circleville. A Funeral Service will follow at 2:00pm with Cathy Haddox officiating.
