

Born on August 1, 1944 in Circleville, Ohio to the late Lewis and Sarah (Speakman) Conrad. Milly remained deeply connected to her community throughout her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis and Sarah Conrad; her husband, Henry Flores; her siblings, Clarence, Charles, John, Harold, and Kathyrn; and her nephew, Edward Nungester.
Milly is survived by her son, Rob Tigner and his wife Pixie (Haines); grandchildren, Clarissa (Tony) Davis, Sharri Holbrook, and Jack Holbrook; great-grandchildren, Alonzo (Cam) Davis, Zack Davis, Wyatt Holbrook, Eli Holbrook and Greyson Fowler-Holbrook; and great-great-granddaughter, Emma Davis. She also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews, Candy Miller, Sarah VanOrder, Hannah Miller, Tosha Stearns, Karey Huston, Carol (Mert) Nungester, Phillip Nungester, Tank Tilton, and Robert Tilton.
Milly found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She had a passion for gardening and took great pride in tending to her flower beds. She loved traveling with her husband Henry as well as with Rob and Pixie. Bingo nights were a cherished pastime that she shared with family members and her dear friend Cindy McClain. Animals held a special place in Milly’s heart – she adored all of her pets but had an especially deep bond with her dachshund “Charlie,” whom she lovingly called her baby boy.
Milly’s warmth and love will be deeply missed by those who knew her. May her memory bring comfort to all who cherished her.
