Raymond Eugene “Dempsey” Kneece, 86, of Williamsport passed away at his daughter, Micky's house, on August 27, 2024 surrounded by his family. He was born to the late Raymond Sr. and Margaret (King) Kneece on August 21, 1938 in Pickaway County. He retired from Circle Plastics after 52 years in 2014. He enjoyed hunting and fishing as well as woodworking, and was a primitive weapons enthusiasts.
He was preceded in death by his wife Loretta; sister, Anita Antis, and several other family members.
Dempsey is survived by daughter, Micky (John) Grigsby, Shawna (George) Jordan, Debbie Harris, Tammy Pennington; and son, Mike (Jess) Kneece; brother, Bradley (Dale) Kneece; grandchildren, Jeanette, Kody, Trey, Grant, T.J., Heather, Charlie, Shastina, Michael, Alisha, Peck, Joseph; numerous great grandkids and many other family and friends.
The family would like to thank Keila and Samantha who helped with his care and Heartland Hospice.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 from 4pm until 6pm at Defenbaugh Wise Schoedinger Funeral Home, 151 E. Main St, Circleville.
