

Bill was born on September 8, 1948, in Jackson, Ohio to the late William and Helen Sark. He was graduate of Circleville High School, Class of 1966 where he played baseball and wrestled. In 1968, he was drafted and served his country from 1968-1970 during the Vietnam War in the United States Army as an MP. He worked for Coca-Cola in Circleville for 10 years and also as a police officer in Stoutsville. In 1979, Bill was hired at PPG in Circleville and retired in 2015 after 36 years of employment.
Bill was a loving husband and grandfather. His grandchildren meant so much to him, and he enjoyed anything Parker and Paislee were involved in. He was looking forward to watching them in baseball and T-Ball this year. He loved the Cincinnati Reds, Washington (Redskins) Commanders, country music, yard sales, flea markets and auctions. He loved to travel, especially Tennessee, always hoping to see Dolly. He also loved going to the Bristol NASCAR night race for the last 33 years, never missing one.
He is preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; brothers, Rich and Rob; sister, Margie and in-laws, Charles and Phyllis Fletcher.
Bill is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Susan and his daughter, Allison Sark. He is also survived by Jeremy Wallace who has been in his life for the last 11 years who has been like a son to him. He is also survived by his two grandchildren, Parker and Paislee Wallace; his two sisters, Connie and Paula; his sister-in-law, Jeanne Sark; many nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026 from 4:00pm to 8:00pm at Defenbaugh Wise Schoedinger Funeral Home, 151 E. Main St, Circleville, OH. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 11:00am with Pastor Ty Myers officiating. Bill will be laid to rest at Hitler Ludwig Cemetery.
