Daniel Donald Deriscavage

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 26, 2025, in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home in Clayton, North Carolina with Pastor David Sutphin officiating.

The family will receive friends and family from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the funeral home, prior to the service.

He was born in Coaldale, Pennsylvania on June 4, 1956, to the late Daniel George Deriscavage and the late Sophie Kuba Deriscavage. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Barbara Dale Hughes Deriscavage and sister, Diane Marie Kerwood.

Dan was the owner of Blade Equipment, Inc. and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, golfing and listening to music.

He is survived by his children, Christine Carol Deriscavage-Fountain (Larry) of Clayton, NC, Barbara Ann Earp (Lee) of Clayton, NC; grandchildren, Preston Daniel Lanier, Karis Dale Lanier, Everly Abbott Fountain and Hunter Hughes Grady all of Clayton, NC; sisters, Susan Mildred Deriscavage of Doylestown, PA and Elaine Ann DeStephanis of Horsham, PA; as well as his sister-in-law, brothers in law, cousins, nieces, nephews and many lifelong friends.
