Mrs. Davis was born in Wake County, North Carolina on September 19, 1938 to the late Robert Harold McElveen and the late Edna Earl Wilkins McElveen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by, one brother Harold McElveen; husband Alonzo Davis; daughters, Deborah Davis and Ann Oxendine; one grandson, Thomas Davis
She worked at EMC and enjoyed time with her family.
She is survived by her son, Tommy Davis and wife, Rennetta; 5 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Glenn McElveen and Larry McElveen, and one sister, Evelyn McElveen.
