Helen Underwood Bailey

Helen is survived by her sons, Dennis Ray Underwood, Charles Yates Bailey, Nelson Wayne Bailey and Ronnie Lee Bailey; 19 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Warren Bailey; sons, Billy Warren Bailey and Kenneth Earl Bailey and a daughter, Jackie Elaine Lee; several brothers and sisters; grandchildren, Steven Barbour, Jerry Braswell and Tina Bailey.

A visitation for Helen will be held Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:00am at Amplify Church, 2884 NC Hwy 42, Willow Springs, NC, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow the services at Maplewood Cemetery in Clayton.

Serving as pallbearers are John Mills , Shawn Swafford, Mike Douglas, Charlie Bailey, Matthew Swafford and Nolan Swafford.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Helen's memory may be made to Amplify Church Building Fund, 2884 NC 42, Willow Springs, NC 27592.
