Born on November 26, 1952, Jackie was the daughter of the late Jack Andrew Neff and Alda Mathews Neff; and preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Ann Lee. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life — casting a line on the water, cooking meals that brought people together, and spending cherished time at South River with her beloved friends and family.
Jackie is survived by her devoted husband, Porter Casey, Sr., her stepson, Porter Casey, Jr. and his wife, Timpla Stewart, and her treasured granddaughter, Emelyn Casey, who brought her endless joy. She is also survived by two nephews, and several great nieces, all of whom brought her much pride and happiness.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 10, 2025 at the Casey Family Cemetery, located on Casey Road, Clayton, North Carolina, officiated by Elder Craig Olive. The family will receive friends following the service.
