She is survived by her daughters, Sylvia Westbrook and her husband, Ken, Jackie Hill and her husband, Jamie, Angie Boyce and her husband, David; grandchildren, Kimberly Daughtry (Andy), Jason Stogner (Amber), Jenny Martin, Will Westbrook, A.J. Boyce and, Hayleigh Boyce; great grandchildren, Caroline Stogner, Drew Daughtry, Harper Stogner and Ava Daughtry.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Arthur Jodie Wheeler who died in 1995.
A visitation will be held at McLaurin Funeral Home on Thursday, December 18, 2025, from 11:30 to 12:30. A graveside service will follow at Maplewood Cemetery, situated on Highway 70, Clayton, North Carolina, at 1:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Women's Missionary Unit
