Jimmy Rogers “Roge” Flowers, Jr., 56, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2015. Funeral services will be held 1:00 Thursday, Aug. 27 in the Chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home in Clayton, NC with Rev. Michael Ramsey officiating. Entombment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park Mausoleum. Roge was a retired stockbroker with AG Edwards. He had a love for camping, hunting, and flying- having earned his private instrument license. He is survived by his father- Jimmy Rogers Flowers, his sister-Alecia Flowers Zucker, his nephew-Addison Rogers Zucker, and his aunt- Peggy Flowers, and many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Edna Rose Greene Flowers. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
