Kelly Eugene Moore, 54, of Garner, North Carolina passed away on October 1, 2024, surrounded by his loved ones. Kelly was born on January 30, 1970, to William (Bill) and Mary Moore in Estherville, Iowa. Kelly was a true entrepreneur – construction, owner of a car dealership, owner of bar, current owner of BRM Equipment as well as race car owner. His life passion was taking care of his family, especially his grandson and his nieces and nephews. He enjoyed the nights he spent at the dirt tracks with the extended racing family.
Kelly is survived by his wife of 26 years, Barbel Moore; stepson Barry Henderson and his wife, Kellie; mother, Mary Olson; sister, Corinda Walker and her husband, Jon and their children, Andrew and Jessica; brother, Kurt Moore (girlfriend Theresa Heller) and his children, Kylie and Kale, father and mother in law, Hans and Hannelore Schlimmer; sister in law Claudia Schubert and her daughter Megan; half-siblings, Billy Moore, Diana Ayers, Trece Gravil, Rose Logan and Mike Clark and many extended relatives and friends. Kelly was preceded in death by his grandson, Landon Johnson, his father Bill Moore, half-siblings, Danny Moore & Julie King and many other loved ones.
