Margaret Ann Lee Suggs, age 85, of Dunn, North Carolina passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield, North Carolina. She was born in Johnston County on August 30, 1939, to the late Hiram Lee and Mildred Smith Lee. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara L. Besanson of Little River SC, brothers Robert H. Lee of Spring Lake, NC and James R. Lee of Pine Level, NC.
Mrs. Suggs was a retired banker and enjoyed walking and gospel music. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Byron and Beth Suggs of Dunn, NC; grandchildren, Brandon Suggs of Fayetteville, NC and Jessica Suggs of Colorado Springs, CO; great-grandchild, Greyson Brooks Suggs, and sisters, Helen Ellis of Wilson, NC and Joyce White of Little River, SC.
No services are planned at this time, inurnment will be in the mausoleum of Pinecrest Memorial Park, Clayton, NC. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ann's name may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.donate3.cancer.org
