A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, December 5, 2024 in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home in Clayton, North Carolina with Pastor David Sutphin officiating. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the service, at the funeral home.
She was born in Goldsboro, North Carolina January 7, 1938 to the late Richard Bailey and the late Nina Ellis Bailey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Carlton Bailey.
Mrs. Beal had worked as a hairdresser and enjoyed many trips to Daytona Beach, Florida.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, William Samuel Beal; two daughters, Sherri Medlin and Sheila Huntsinger and husband, Don Huntsinger; one grandchild, Amber Huntsinger.
