Rebecca is survived by her devoted husband, Verris Ellis, her beloved daughter Destiny, and her cherished step daughter Giovionne. Becky remains forever loved by her mother, LisaMarie Caprio, her father, Jeffrey Caprio, her sister, Erica, and her brother, Joshua, who cherished her beyond measure. She also lives on in the hearts of the ones who made her an aunt and filled her life with joy: her nephew, Zachary, and her nieces, Giovanna and JoJo.
She is also held in the hearts of her in laws, Sally and Steve Saunders, along with her sisters in law, Lisa Ellis and Kristee Jordan.
Rebecca’s life was woven into a large, close, and loving family. She had many aunts, uncles, and cousins whom she treasured deeply. She valued every gathering, every laugh, every moment spent with them.
She is predeceased by her grandparents Jeanne and Jack Caprio, and her Papa Hank, and will be reunited with her cousins Lucas and Andy, whose memories she carried with her always.
Becky was a warrior in every sense of the word. She was kind, loyal, and endlessly caring . Becky was gentle at her core, with a heart that held more love than seemed possible. She met everyone with empathy and compassion, offering understanding and warmth to anyone who crossed her path. Over the past few years, Becky faced more health challenges than any one person should ever have to endure. Yet she fought with humor, grit, and a stubborn determination that inspired everyone around her. She fought for her family , especially for Destiny. She fought with courage that left us all in awe. From the time she was young, Becky had a fierce work ethic. She was proud of the work she did, proud of the people she led, and she genuinely loved connecting with her customers. And yes she worked hard so she could treat herself to the purses she loved. Her bags were her joy, her sparkle, her signature. Becky was a passionate Yankee fan (her beloved Derek Jeter!) and a loyal Eagles fan, cheering loudly and with her whole heart.
But above all, what we will remember most is her smile.. That contagious, radiant smile framed by the dimples that everyone adored. Her smile lit up rooms, lifted spirits, and made you feel like you mattered.
Becky loved hard. She loved her family with a depth that was unmistakable. If you knew her, you knew what it felt like to be loved fully, fiercely, and without conditions.
Her light will never dim. It lives on in Destiny, in her family, and in every person whose life she touched.
