Robert “Bob” Marlow, age 83, of Clayton NC died April 29th, 2016 at SECU Hospice House in Smithfield NC after months of declining health. Robert was born Jan 21, 1933 to the late Carlton Marlow and Emma Marlow Harris.
Robert proudly served in the Air Force, and was a veteran of the Korean War. He lived in the Dayton Ohio area for many years where he worked for TRW/Globe.
Survivors include his wife JoAnn Marlow, daughter Melanie Marlow-Scheffler and husband Jerry, granddaughters Cassidy and Haleigh Scheffler, son Robert Marlow Jr and wife Vicki, daughter Diane Rutan and husband James, brother Ralph and wife Sharon, and sister in law Eileen Shaw.
Visitation is to be held on May 6th, 6-8pm at McLaurin Funeral Home in Clayton NC, with a private memorial service to be held in Ohio at a later date.
