Rose M. Hansen, 69, of Clayton, passed away on December 31,2018 in Clayton. She was born in Manning, Iowa to Elsie and Peter Hansen on October 29,1949. She worked as a cook for Waffle and Pancake House for 18 years.
Rose is survived by husband, Vernon Erickson; daughter, Sarah and husband, Tim, Harris of Clayton and Carrie Sheldon of Minnesota; sister, Christine and husband, Mike, Mason; grandson, Cyrus Harris as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Rose is preceded in death by son, Eric Andy Hansen; father, Peter Hansen; mother, Elsie Halverson; brother, Tommy Halverson and sister, Clara Ann.
Visitation will be on Saturday, January 5th from 5-7 pm at McLaurin Funeral Home 12830 US-70 Business Hwy W., Clayton, NC 27520. A graveside service will take place at a later date. Check back for updated information.
