SSGT Rovin Noe Canales, 31, died on Friday, July 20, 2018. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 30, 2018 at 11:30am in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home with the committal service following at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery with full military honors.

He is survived by his daughter, Shelsy Jasmine Canales; mother, Celma Canales; father, Jose Canales; brothers, henry Canales, Bryan Canales and William Canales; paternal grandparents, Benigna Hernandez and Jesus Canales; maternal grandparents, Gabriela Romero and Donaire Matamoros; fiancée, Ymerlije Mehmeti.
