

Born on October 29, 1926 in Houtzdale, PA; a son of the late Grant and Violet (Shimmel) Kuhn.
He served in the US Navy during World War II. He was a member of the VFW Post 1785 and American Legion Post 6 in Clearfield, PA.
Mr. Kuhn was the co-owner and operator of A & M Oil Burner Service.
Survivors include children: Ronald A. Kuhn and wife Donna of Clearfield, Karen Lee Cox and husband Milton of Ruston, LA, and daughter-in-law Sandra Kuhn of Clearfield; eleven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren. He was the last of his generation.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Marian L. (Royer) Kuhn whom he married on May 29, 1948 and who passed away on May 13, 2004; son, Roger D. Kuhn who passed away August 27, 2016; and brothers, Ronald Kuhn, Woodrow Kuhn, and Rodney Kuhn; and sisters, Pearl Woods, Lerose Heichel, Charlotte Koziol.
Funeral services will be held at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 4:00 PM with Rev. Mark Brower officiating. Full military honors will be accorded by the Clearfield Area Honor Guard. Interment will be in Stoneville Cemetery.
Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 from 2:00- 4:00 PM, with funeral services following.
