Caroline A Larson

Caroline A. Larson, formerly of Clearfield, left this earth for her heavenly home on Monday, April 25, 2011. Caroline had been a resident of Centre Crest Nursing Home in Bellefonte for the past 4 ½ years.

She was born on March 18, 1929 in Drifting, Pennsylvania; the daughter of John and Elizabeth (Brunyak) Gavlock.

She was married to Lawrence E. Larson who passed away in 1997. She was preceded in death by her Parents, three brothers; Andy, Joe, George Gavlock and three sisters; Mary Moore, Kate Seroka and Anna Mae Huey.

She is survived by her sister, Helen L. (Herb) Probst of Pine Glen and numerous nieces and nephews.

Caroline was employed for 25 years at Target manufacturing; retiring in 1991.

She was affiliated with the Mountaintop Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in Snow Shoe and always enjoyed Pastor and Judy’s many visits.

A Memorial service was held at the Mountaintop Christian and Missionary Alliance Church of Snow Shoe, with Pastor Douglas Mottin officiating. Interment was in Centre Cemetery.
