Harry E. Hill

Mr. Hill was born December 15, 1948 in Armagh, PA, the son of George Sr. and Eleanor (Felton) Hill.

Harry was a graduate of Clearfield High School, Class of 1966.

He retired as a Maintenance Mechanic for DuPont, Berg Electronics and FCI.

Mr. Hill attended The Vine Church of Clearfield.

He had been President of Lawrence Township Election Board and was a member of POA and Mt. Joy Grange.

Mr. Hill was a Sergeant in the United States Air Force having served during the Vietnam Era in Thailand.

Harry is survived by a daughter, Melissa J. Rock of Clearfield, a granddaughter, McKenzie Rock, a brother, Paul Hill and his wife Sharon of Hunker, PA, a brother-in-law, Robert Kelly and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Deborah J. (Kelly) Hill who passed away April 1, 2017 and whom he married September 12, 1970, an infant daughter, Kristin and a brother, George Hill, Jr.

Funeral Services will be held at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. of Clearfield on Tuesday, June 6, 2023 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Terry Smith officiating. Interment will be in Bradford Cemetery. Military Honors will be accorded at the cemetery by the Clearfield Honor Guard.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until the hour of services.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
