

Mrs. Luzier was born May 19, 1944 in Clearfield, the daughter of Wardo Sr. and Harriet E. (Graham) Goodrow.
She was a graduate of Clearfield High School.
Mrs. Luzier was a homemaker and had been co-owner with her husband of Zion Meats.
She was affiliated with the Hyde Wesleyan Church.
Mrs. Luzier loved dirt track racing and together with her husband managed a concession stand at Hidden Valley Speedway. Her favorite driver was Luke Hoffner, car # 15. She also enjoyed playing bingo at Lawrence Township.
Melva is survived by her four children; Allan D. Luzier and his significant other Crystal Dixon, Pamela Bowery and her husband Robin and Carol Peterson and her husband Christopher all of Clearfield and Becky Button of Woodland, ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, a brother, Wardo Goodrow Jr. and his wife Nancy of Woodland, a son-in-law, Charles Button and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Marlin Dean Luzier whom she married on November 3, 1962 and who passed away July 26, 2020 and a sister Kathryn English.
Funeral Services will be held at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. of Clearfield on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at 7:00 PM with Rev. Robert Croft officiating. Interment will be in Bradford Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1:00 to 3:00 and from 5:00 until the hour of services.
