Sherrie M. Dilts

Mrs. Dilts was born July 12, 1945 in Hemet, California, the daughter of Floyd A. and Grace E. (Darling) Davidson.

She had retired from Sheetz in Clearfield.

Mrs. Dilts was a member of the Newburg Baptist Church of LaJose.

She was a lifetime member of the Community Volunteer Fire Department of Mahaffey.

Sherrie is survived by three daughters; Donna Martell and her husband Thomas of Karthaus, Tina Buck and her husband Philip of DuBois and Theresa Dilts of Mahaffey, a son, David Dilts of Mahaffey, three grandchildren; Ashley and Andre Buck and Jessica Martell, two great grandchildren; Gabe and Kyran Buck and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Dilts was the last member of her generation having been preceded in death by her parents, her husband, David E. Dilts whom she married July 24, 1961 and who passed away May 2, 2007, and two brothers; Bill Davis and Charles Davidson.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at the Newburg Baptist Church, LaJose with Pastor Dick Michael officiating.

Interment will be in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Clover Run.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Community Volunteer Fire Department, 958 Market Street, Mahaffey, PA 15757.
