

Shirley was born August 29, 1940 in Philipsburg, the daughter of Lynn and Beryl (Chilcote) Bond.
She was a Homemaker.
Mrs. Williams was a member of the former Christ United Methodist Church.
She was adored by her grandchildren and great grandchildren, enjoyed playing bingo and was a ray of sunshine to everyone she met.
Shirley is survived by her four daughters; Tina Oeffinger and her husband John of Altoona, Sandra Pancoast of Clearfield, Lynde Ransdorf and her husband Eugene of Morrisdale and Nicole Vaux (Raymond Swackhammer), thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, two siblings; Maxine Williams of Arizona and James Bond and his wife Jean of New York, several cousins, nieces and nephews and her beloved cat, Mollie.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Richard L. Williams, Sr. whom she married June 1, 1960 and who passed away April 8, 2000, and infant son, a son, Richard L. Williams, Jr., a son-in-law, Richard Pancoast and a brother-in-law, Floyd Williams.
Funeral Services will be held at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. of Clearfield on Friday, May 21, 2021 at 1:00 PM with Pastors Jerry and Shelly Spencer co-officiating. Interment will be in Summit Hill Cemetery, Morrisdale.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00 PM until the hour of services.
