Tammy L. (Bixler) Selfridge

Tammy was born January 11, 1962 in Pottsville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Lyle F. and Shirley Ann (Bixler) Bixler.

Tammy was a house wife and mother. She was a 1979 Graduate of Clearfield High School. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and family. Tammy enjoyed reading, she loved her pets and animals and planting flowers every year.

Tammy is survived by her husband Steve Selfridge who she married in 2001, two sons Justin A. Millinder, Clearfield and Jonathan M. Millinder, West Decatur; two step-daughters: Stephanie R. Selfridge, Osceola Mills, PA and Laurel E. Selfridge, Clearfield; grandchildren, Jacob A. Millinder, Lydia R. Millinder and Brody R. Jasper; a sister, Lynne D. Danielson and her husband, Steve of Alexandria, VA and a brother, Kyle H. Bixler and wife Diana of Clearfield, PA; Father-in Law and Mother-in-law: Roger L. and Marilyn A. Selfridge.

Tammy was preceded in death by her parents and step mother: Anna Marie (Dandrea) Bixler.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Tuesday, November 5, 2013 at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc., Clearfield, with Fr. William Ellis officiating. Interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery, LaJose, PA.

Friends will be received from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Monday, November 4 , 2013 and Tuesday from 10:00 – 11:00 AM the hour of the service.

The family suggest contributions be made in memory of Tammy to the charity of the donor’s choice.
