Born September 24, 1957 in Clearfield, he was a loving son of the late Thomas A. Hawkins, Jr. and the late Dona (Hoyt) Hawkins.
Surviving are 2 brothers: Richard H. Hawkins, Clearfield; Eric T. Hawkins and wife Stephanie, Raleigh, NC; 2 nieces: Taylor and Riley Hawkins; 2 aunts: Linda (Hawkins) Puit and her husband Robert, Glen Richey, PA; Doris Hoyt Hanes, Clearfield: Uncle: Darl Hoyt, Corvallis, MT; also several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, paternal grandparents: Thomas and Martha Hawkins; maternal grandparents: Cora and Julius Hoyt: 2 cousins: Christopher Hoyt and Bobby Puit; uncle: Melvin Hanes.
There will be no public viewing.
A graveside service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
