He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on July 14, 1975 to parents Arthur and Margaret Najera.
Tony graduated from Dunedin High School Class of 1993. There he would meet his wife to be and love of his life, Stephanie (Lombardi) Najera. The two married on March 31, 2012. Together they raised their three children Julia Ferris, Aiden Ferris, and Isaiah Najera.
He often went by his stage name Tony Provolone was a member of the band Lame and was their guitarist for many years playing local gigs and East Coast Tours. When he wasn’t playing and writing music, Tony loved to catch a sunset or sunrise, was a huge Lightning, Bucs, and Packers fan, enjoyed going on cruises with his family, watching comedy stand up, and most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife Stephanie Najera, step-children Julia and Aiden Ferris, and son Isaiah Najera.
A Celebration of Tony’s Life will be held at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home on Friday March 21, 2025 at 4:00pm.
