Born on May 23, 1954, in Nashua, New Hampshire, she was the daughter of the late Normand and Yvette (Nee' Cabana) Fortin. Bella was a resident of Clearwater, Florida, where she spent her later years surrounded by family and friends.
Bella worked as an office worker, waitress and later as a caregiver for children, where her dedication and meticulous nature were highly valued. Her career was marked by her commitment to excellence and her compassionate approach to her colleagues.
She was a loving wife to Peter Pelletier and a caring mother to her children, Renee Dionne and Joseph Dionne. Bella also embraced her role as a stepmother to William Pelletier and Kristel Irish. Her nurturing spirit extended to her grandchildren, Michael Dionne, Kendra Dionne, Zoe Pelletier, Madison Irish, Eldon Irish, and her great-grandchild, Andrew Joseph Dionne. Her siblings, Mona Storzbach, Paul Fortin, and Ron Fortin, cherished her as a loving sister.
In her personal life, Bella was known for her thoughtful and kind-hearted nature. She enjoyed spending her time engaging in puzzles, playing games, and participating in activities such as horseshoes, backgammon, and darts. Her faithfulness and compassion left a lasting legacy on those who knew her.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on October 25, 2025, from 11:00 am until the Celebration of Life at 12:00pm at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home, located at 2853 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, Florida.
