Phillips, Bertha T. 94, of Dunedin, died December 3, 2015. Our mother was born in Elizabeth, NJ but raised in Clearwater where she met and later married our father, prominent attorney and Civic Leader, Lloyd M. Phillips, who passed away in 1980. She was lucky enough to have lived here in Clearwater where she raised her four children, Dorothy Thomas (David) , Lloyd M. Phillips, Jr. (Susan) (2010), Wayne T. Phillips (Marion) and Lisa Angello (Tom). Her mission in life was motherhood and with our father, never missed a single game, event or activity we may be had while growing up. How lucky were we! Her life was simply devoted to our father and to us and her six grandchildren, Tonia (Thomas) Gardner, Casey Phillips, Jennifer (Phillips) Smith, Amber Phillips, Skyler Phillips and Joey Angello and her five great grandchildren. A life well lived! A service will be held at 11:00 am on December 12, 2015.
