Brenda Ann Pereira

PEREIRA, Brenda A., 79, of Safety Harbor, passed away on November 6, 2022. Brenda was born July 15, 1943 in Belgaum, India to the late Hugh and Iris (D’Monte) Suares. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Pereira. Brenda was a teacher in India prior to relocating to Canada in 1970 with her family. There, she began a second career as a registered nurse, following in the footsteps of her beloved mother. She was a member of Espiritu Santo Catholic Church in Safety Harbor. Brenda is survived by daughters, Michelle Pereira, Charmaine J. Pereira, Denise (Rod) Gipson, and Ivy Pereira (Tres) Rollins. She is also survived by her sisters Cheryl Pereira and Ann Dias; and grandchildren, Janae Gipson and Devan Gipson. Visitation will be held Sunday November 13, 2022 from 5-7 p.m. at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be Monday November 14, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at Espiritu Santo Catholic Church, Safety Harbor.
