REAMES, Dana L.,70 of Clearwater, FL died July 13, 2016. She was born in Patterson, NJ. on July 15, 1945. She married her only love, Charles Reames on October 22, 1966. One of Mamas most favorite things in the world was God. They found each other several years ago and He has helped her grow into the beautiful spirited woman we all knew. He helped guide her to the idea of Pet Therapy and in October 2010, Dana started the pet therapy ministry with a wonderful golden retriever named Buddy. Following in Buddy's pawprints came Buster who is one of the sweetest dogs any of us have ever known. He was groomed to perfection each time he went out for a visit. The Pet Therapy ministry brightened so many lives, brought smiles to everyone he met, even if it was just for a moment. Dana joined Heritage United Methodist Church on February 13, 2011 was baptized soon after. She was offered the opportunity to cook for the the folks at Young at Heart.....She loved cooking for everyone. Her recipes went on forever, never making the same meal twice. She was a perfectionist and was always worried that there was too much salt, not enough pepper, to dry, or missing something....but everyone always loved her food, she was a great cook. To this day, there are meals that she made that I will never duplicate. She is survived by her daughter, Christina Turner; sister Barbara Eimers, brother, Joe Morrell; grandchildren, Jaclynn and Christopher Brockway; niece Jennifer Crews; nephews, Elliot Coursey and Joe Morrell; great nephews, Travis, Christopher and Joshua Crews, John Morrell, Mark and Alex Coursey; great niece Haileigh Coursey.
