Danny R. Feldkamp

He was born in Champaign Illinois on July 5th, 1945 to parents, Emil and Carrie (Heuerman) Feldkamp. He married his wife of 53 years on April 24th, 1965 at Sacred Heart Church in Effingham Illinois. Danny attended St. Anthony and Effingham High School in Effingham. He went on to attend various technical schools while having a forty year carreer as a diesel mechanic. After retirement in 2003 he started his own business repairing adjustable beds.

Danny and his entire family suffered the tragic loss of their son Todd Feldkamp of Effingham Illinois on November 18, 2017. Words cannot express such a loss.

Danny is survived by his wife Lee Anne (Freepartner) Feldkamp, his daughter Tina McCabe and her husband Jim McCabe of St. Petersburg Florida, his son Jamie Feldkamp, and his daughter in law Annette Feldkamp of Effingham Illinois. Four granddaughters, Amberly and Nicole McCabe of St. Petersburg Florida, Alex and Sydney Feldkamp, also two great granddaughters Adrianna Baker and Aubriella Feldkamp of Effingham Illinois. His three sisters, Jane Vaught of Champaign Illinois, Carol Milsap of Savoy Illinois, and Nancy Savage of Eldarado Illinois survive. He also leaves an extended family of nephews, nieces and cousins.

Danny is preceded in death by his parents of Teutopolis Illinois, son Todd Feldkamp, and three brothers, Roy Feldkamp of AItamont Illinois, Ted Feldkamp of Champaign Illinois, and Steve Feldkamp of Terre Haute Indiana.
