Dennis graduated from Central Islip High School in Long Island, NY. He was married to Debbie Miller Kelly on April 23, 1988. Denny was a Mail Carrier for the United States Postal Service for 38 years. Following retirement he worked for the Pinellas County Library System.
He enjoyed going to Derby Lane, playing cards and was an avid bowler. He loved to sing along to the solid gold oldies and watched baseball faithfully. He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Debbie Kelly. His three children, Suzi Feldman, Denae Phillips (David Phillips) and Reba Kelly. Grandchildren, Clifford Feldman, Katie Soucier, Spencer Feldman, Autumn Phillips and his Brother, Robert Kelly.
Funeral arrangements will be held at 10:30 AM, July 30th, 2022 at Sylvan Abbey Funeral Home in Clearwater, FL.
