"Faith and love are stronger than PTSD. It doesn't make it any easier, but it makes life possible." Don DeGraw, 58 yrs old, husband to Julie, loving dad to Nicole, Sean and Dhianne, grandfather, brother, and friend to so many, passed away unexpectedly in the afternoon of Sept. 7. Don was born the 4th of 6 children in New Jersey. Growing up, he had a passion for racing motocross, continued that passion in riding his dirt bikes, and going to supercross and motocross races. The love for this sport was shared with his wife and kids. He loved music, he used music to drown out the noise of the fireworks, lightning and thunder. Don was a veteran of the US Air Force and the US Navy. He proudly served as a Marine Corp Corpsman for most of his Navy career. Serving this country has been one of the proudest moments of his life. He lived a life of humility, integrity and compassion. "It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather, we should thank God that such men live." George S Patton.
