Frances Louise Kemper of Freedom Square, Seminole, passed away on December 28th at the age of 92. The youngest of six siblings of John & Bertha Scher is survived by a daughter, Jo Federico, Clearwater, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Frances was born in Rockaway Beach, Queens, NY, later moving to Russels Point and Bellefontaine Ohio, relocating to Florida in 1980 with husband Raymond who preceded her in death in 2002. A member of the Highlands and Lake Seminole Presbyterian Churches, she was involved in church charity works and Kiwanis. She loved golf, baseball, and game shows. Her greatest gift was to be the care-taker of her Father, ALL her siblings, their spouses and even some friends as they needed help in their declining years. Fran was very loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
