He lived in Livonia, worked in Detroit and rested in the Irish Hills of Michigan. Preceded in death by his father, Louis P, and mother, Marie M Cyr; brother, Ernest Cyr; JoAnn B Gingrich; and Lisa M Cyr, and is survived by son, Mark A Cyr, and sister, Patricia Richardson. He was the proud owner of Father & Son Garage Detroit. Harold was a 33rd Degree Scottish rite Mason and Assistant Oriental Band Director of the Detroit Muslim Temple. He was also a graduate of Detroit Coolie High school, and a member of the U.S. Navy Reserve.
